KLAP Bio Form (Refugee)

This form captures comprehensive personal bio-details, entry information, admissibility background, and the factual basis of your protection claim. It is required to assist Kairos Legal Advisory PC in preparing your claim in accordance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). Please ensure all dates, names, and chronological timelines are complete and match your supporting documents.

What you will need:

  • Full legal names, alternate/alias names, date and place of birth, and mother’s maiden name

  • International passport copy and any national identity documents
